Margaret Venables 
Margaret was born in 1900 in Catchgate, Co Durham. Margaret's father was Enoch Venables and her mother was Mary Jane Raine. Her maternal grandparents were John Raine and Mary Ann Quilter. She had six brothers and a sister, named John, Joseph, Benjamin, Thomas, Alfred, Frederick and Mary. She was the youngest of the eight children.-
