Ann Raine

Ann was born in 1829 in Middleton, Teesdale, Co Durham and her baptism took place there on May 31st, 1829.¹   Ann's father was John Raine and her mother was Mary Bainbridge.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Raine and Margaret Gibson. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, William, Margaret, Mary, Mary and Mary.  She was the youngest of the seven children.
