Cecil Ben English 
Cecil was born in 1891 in Saxlingham, Norfolk. Cecil's father was Benjamin English and his mother was Margaret Baldwin. His maternal grandparents were George Baldwin and Elizabeth Fulcher. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Bertie, Clarence, Ada, Jessie, Annie, Fanny, Elsie and Lillian. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.
