Titus was born in 1871 in Pennsylvania.  Titus' father was Reuben Case and his mother was Amanda Case  (Weaver).  His paternal grandparents were George D Case and Susanna Brader; his maternal grandfather was John Weaver and his maternal grandmother is <Unknown>. He had two brothers and six sisters, named George, Edwin Preston, Annie, Minnie, Carrie, Lilly, Girtie and Stella.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 70 in 1941.
