Bileshwari's father is Gokaldas Karsandas and her mother is Tarulata [Travenibai] Talakchand.  Her paternal grandparents are Karsandas [Carsandas] Hirachande and Harakhbai [Arac bai]; her maternal grandparents are Talakchand Otamchand and Motibai Bhikha. She has three brothers and a sister, named Kirtikumar, Pradip, Ashit and Vidyalaxmi.
