Rasvantkant's father is Harakhchand Panachand and his mother is Lilavanti Lavchand.  His paternal grandparents are Panachand Hemchand and Nandubai; his maternal grandparents are Lavchand Ghela and <Unknown>. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Kumaldas, Manorsinh, Suryakumar, <Unknown>, Jeshthavanti and Damianti.  He was the third youngest of the seven children.  Rasvantkant is no longer alive.
