Vicenta was born on January 2nd, 1898 in Gálvez, Santa Fe and her baptism took place on March 19th, 1898 in Parroquia Santa Margarita de Escocia conducted by a curate.  Her godfather was Fortunato Mirabella and her godmother was Vicenta Beltramini.  Vicenta's father was Gaspar Pedroni and her mother was Felicitas Fantino.  Her paternal grandparents were Carlos José Pedroni and Josefa Bellorini; her maternal grandparents were Vicente Fantino and María Magnetti. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Bernardo, Gaspar, Carlos, José, Emilio, Ricardo, Yves "Toto", Ercilia, Catalina and Julia.  She died at the age of 81 on July 31st, 1979.
