Major John Coleman

John was born in 1682 in Southold.¹ John's father was Mr William Coleman and his mother was Mrs Sarah Mapes. His paternal grandparents were Mr William Coleman and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Mr Thomas Mapes and Mrs Sarah Purrier. He had two brothers named William and George. He died at the age of 51 on April 19th, 1733 in CT.¹
