David was born in 1690 in NJ. David's father was David Harriot and his mother was Helen Campbell. He had two brothers named John and Andrew. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 66 on June 1st, 1756 in Bedminster, Somerset, NJ.General Notes
