John Coe

John was born on June 30th, 1649 in Gloucester, MA.¹   John's father was Matthew Coe and his mother was Elizabeth Wakely.  His maternal grandfather was Thomas Wakely and his maternal grandmother is <Unknown>. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Matthew, Isaac, Sarah, Abigail, Elizabeth, <Unknown> and Martha.  He died at the age of 79 on December 16th, 1728.  He was buried in Old Commons Cemetery, Little Compton, Newport, RI..^1 1
