Charles 
Charles was born in 1840. Charles' father was David Hallock and his mother was Margaret McMullen. His paternal grandparents were William Hallock and Hannah Shutts (Bagley). He had three sisters named Mary, Martha and Addie. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 74 in 1914.
