William Herbert Murrell

William was born on May 1st, 1872. William's father was George Murrell and his mother was Annie Scott. His paternal grandparents were John Murrell and Mary Collings; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Scott and Sarah Bellaby. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named George, Arthur, Sydney, Edward, Annie, Amy, Jessie, Gertrude, Nellie, Maud and Irene. He was the eighth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 3 on September 15th, 1875 in Port Elizabeth. His burial was in St Mary's Cemetery, Port Elizabeth.
