Emily Kisby

Emily was born on February 5th, 1879 in Coates, Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire.¹ Emily's father was Levi Kisby and her mother was Elizabeth Fovargue. Her paternal grandparents were John Kisby and Mary Blunt; her maternal grandparents were John Triplow Fovargue and Mary Ann Fovargue. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John, William, Charles, Levi, Walter, Mary and Elizabeth. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at 3 months old in May 1879.²
