Lysander's father is Rolf Scamander and his mother is Luna (Looney) Lovegood.  His paternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>; his maternal grandfather is Xenophilius Lovegood and his maternal grandmother was Pandora Lovegood. He has a brother named Lorcan.  Lorcan and Lysander are twins.
