Ann Maria was born in 1887 in West Bromwich, Stafford.1  Ann Maria's father was John TIMMINS and her mother was Sarah TONKS.  Her maternal grandparents were Thomas FINCHER and Rebecca TONKS. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Isaac, John, Joseph, Dora and Deborah.  She was the youngest of the six children. She had a half-sister named Sarah.
