William was born in 1746.1 William's father was Thomas DUFFIN and his mother was Sarah NEVEL. His paternal grandparents were William DUFFIN and Mary <UNKNOWN>. He had four brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Thomas, William, Samuel and Mary. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 1 on April 5th, 1747.1
