  Thomas was crushed to death between the buffers of two coke trucks at the Bedworth Coal & Iron Company (Limited) on Monday 25th January 1875 where he was employed as a labourer.
  He left behind his expectant wife & 5 children.
  
  At the Inquest the jury returned a verdict of 'Accidental Death'
