Mary was born on October 11th, 1664 in Amesbury, Essex, Massachusetts.1  Mary's father was John Hoyt and her mother is Mary Hoyt.  Her paternal grandparents were John Hoyt and Frances; her maternal grandparents were William Barnes and Rachel Lord. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, John, William, Robert, Elizabeth, Dorothy, Grace, Rachel and Sarah.  She died at the age of 59 on October 28th, 1723 in Haverhill, Essex, Massachusetts.2
