Benjamin was born in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts.1   Benjamin's father was Benjamin Simonds and his mother was Rebecca.  His paternal grandparents were William Simonds and Judith Simonds. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, John, Jacob, William, Daniel, Rebekah, Judith and Huldah.  He died on January 13th, 1749 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts.2
