Lydia's father was Joseph Peabody and her mother is Bethiah Peabody.  Her paternal grandfather was Francis Pabody and her paternal grandmother is Lydia Pabody; her maternal grandparents were Edmund Bridges and Elizabeth Bridges. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Samuel, Jonathan, Bethiah, Alice and Sarah.  Lydia is no longer alive.1
