- "The first white women born in New England."

Elizabeth's father was John Alden and her mother was Pricilla Alden. Her paternal grandfather was George Alden and her paternal grandmother is Jane; her maternal grandparents were William Mullins and Alice Mullins. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, John, Jonathan, Zachariah, David, Rebecca, Mary, Sarah, Ruth and Priscilla. She died on May 31st, 1717 in Little Compton, Newport, Rhode Island.¹
