Her paternal grandfather was Thomas Canney and her paternal grandmother is Mary Canney; her maternal grandparents were Anthony Taylor and Phillis. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Samuel, Mary, Lydia and Sarah. She had a half-brother named Joshua. She died before August 1707 in S. Berwick, York Co., Maine.
