Menashe was born in 1914.  Menashe's father was Yehoshua Reif and his mother was Shuse.  His paternal grandparents were Yaakov Reif and Sara Lea. He had a brother and four sisters, named Eliezer, Duba, Lea, Chaya and Beile.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died  due to Holocaust.
