Sala, known as Salka, was born in 1904.  Salka's father was Eliyahu Neiman and her mother was Henya Lowenthal.  Her paternal grandparents were Shmuel Neiman and Rivka; her maternal grandparents were David Lowenthal and Czupa Chupa/Zipora /?. She had two sisters named Gusta and Rachel. She had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Marcus, Natan, Naftaly, Baruch, Ruzia and Etka.  She died  due to Holocaust at the age of 38 in July 1942.
