Sarah was born in 1845 in Bewerley Nidderdale Yorkshire.1   Sarah's father is Mathew Whitehead and her mother is Sarah (Whitehead). She had a sister named Elizabeth.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died at the age of 77 in April 1922 in Horsforth Yorkshire.  Her burial was on April 28th, 1922 in Horsforth Cemetary Yorkshire.2 2
