Frank was born in 1876 in Horsforth Yorkshire.1   Frank's father is William Light and his mother is Isabella Blenkinsop. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John William, Joseph, Thomas Alfred, Clifford, Jane, Mary, Alice, Barbara and Elizabeth Annie.  He was the fourth oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 73 on September 1st, 1949.1
