David was born in 1820 in Horsforth Yorkshire and his baptism took place there on January 5th, 1820.1 2   David's father was David Jackson and his mother is Ann Eastburn. He had a sister named Susannah.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died at the age of 47 in 1867 in Horsforth Yorkshire.3
