Regis was born on January 19th, 1954.  Regis' father was Paul Vincent Scully and his mother was Carolyn A. Sahr.  His maternal grandparents were Louis Leo Sahr and Elizabeth Eleanor Pschirer. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Timothy, Peter, Dennis, Colleen, Suzanne and Deanna.  He died at the age of 41 on April 22nd, 1995.
