Charles was born on November 2nd, 1908.  Charles' father was Charles J. Fisher and his mother was Helena Arn.  His paternal grandparents were Fisher and Mary Fisher; his maternal grandparents were Emanuel G. Arn and <Unknown>. He had a sister named Jane.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died at the age of 1 on May 21st, 1910.
