Robert  and Susannah were married in a religious ceremony on September 19th, 1798 in St Mary the Virgin Wivenhoe.1   They had four sons and three daughters, named Thomas, Nathaniel, Thomas, Jonathan, Susannah, Sarah and Mary .  Thomas and Nathaniel were twins.  Sarah and Mary  were twins.
