John Gowland Harvey

John was born in 1871 in Wivenhoe.¹ John's father was Joseph (Shipwrights Arms West St) (Shipbuilder) Harvey and his mother was Sarah A Morgan ??. His paternal grandparents were Thomas (Shipbuilder) Harvey and Mary Elizabeth Martin. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Charles, Joseph, Margaret, Bessie and Caroline. He was the youngest of the six children.
