Ann was born in 1820 in Barking Essex.  Ann's father was John Forge (Sail Maker grave 312) and her mother was Mary Haggis (Grave 312 St Margarets).  Her paternal grandparents were John Forge and Mary Stradling; her maternal grandfather was William Tudsbery Haggis (Grave 311) and her maternal grandmother is <Unknown>. She had three brothers and a sister, named William, John, George and Elizabeth.  She was the third oldest of the five children.  She died at the age of 40 on February 20th, 1860 in Barking Essex.  The funeral took place at St Margaret's  Church Barking.  She was buried in February 1860 at St Margaret's  Church Barking.1

Ann and Charles were married in a religious ceremony on January 9th, 1842 at St Anne Limehouse Stepney witnessed by Wm Tudsbury Haggis & Elizabeth Forge.2   They had four sons and a daughter, named Alfred, Walter, Charles, Henry and Ann.
