Thomas was born on June 20th, 1793 in Ratcliffe Middlesex England and his christening took place on February 17th, 1793 at St Dunstan & All Saints Stepney.1   Thomas' father was John Fisher (Shipwright) and his mother was Jenny Barnard (b Bermondsey bur St Dunstan).  His paternal grandparents were Fisher and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were John Barnard (Mariner) and Jenny Sargent. He had two brothers named John and Samuel.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died about June 23rd, 1823 at St Dunstan & All Saints Stepney.  The funeral took place on June 29th, 1823 at St Dunstan & All Saints Stepney.  He was buried on June 29th, 1823 at St Dunstan & All Saints Stepney.2
