Edward was born about 1792 in Lewisham. Edward's father was Edward Foster Farley and his mother is Sarah. He had a sister named Mary. He was the younger of the two children. He died on November 10th, 1882 in Barking Essex. The funeral took place on November 15th, 1882 at St Margarets Barking. He was buried on November 15th, 1882 in St Margarets Churchyard.¹²³

General Notes
- Edward Foster Farley, went under the name of just Edward Farley, all his children he put the Foster in. His wife was Ellen Campion and they both came from Kent, yes he was born in Lewisham. They married in Kent cant tell you
  off hand where at the moment.My 2 x great grandmother was Ellen Sabina Foster Farley, sister of Mary
  Hurdis(sometimes spelled Hjordis). she married James Isbell, Shoreditch I believe.
  The Foster bit I believe is that a Farley girl whose father was a boat builder in the Medway,way back in the early 1700's, married a labourer
  called Foster, and the name was changed to Foster Farley.
