Thomas was born in 1821 in Barking Creek.  Thomas' father was Charles Dunsdon (Fisherman) and his mother was Mary Lucas (Mangler).  His paternal grandparents were Charles Richard Dunsdon (Fisherman) and Martha Bowman; his maternal grandparents are Lucas and <Unknown>. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Charles, Henry, James or Jane, Mary, Martha and Emma.  He was the second oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 92 in September 1913 in Gorleston Suffolk.1
