Thomas was born in 1788 in Barking Essex.  Thomas' father was Thomas Dewin and his mother was Parnel Biston Sibley.  His maternal grandparents were Richard  SIBLEY (Baker) and Elizabeth Smith. He had a brother and five sisters, named Richard, Elizabeth, Mary , Parnel, Parnel and Charlotte.  He died at the age of 23 on February 26th, 1811 in Barking Essex.  The funeral took place on February 26th, 1811 at St Margaret's  Church Barking.  He was buried on February 26th, 1811 at St Margaret's  Church Barking.1
