Mary was born on January 29th, 1825 in Limehouse and her christening took place on April 29th, 1825 at St Anne Limehouse Stepney.1 2   Mary's father was George Crawford (Mariner RN Master St Paul Deptford) and her mother was Mary Hender.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 87 on December 13th, 1912 in Poplar.  The funeral took place at the City of London Cemetery.  She was buried in December 1912 at the City of London Cemetery.3
