Edward was born on August 8th, 1919 in Brooklyn (Kings County), New York City, NY.1   Edward's father was Edward H Trill and his mother was Henrietta O'Connell.  His paternal grandparents were Obed Trill and Mary A. A. Bowler; his maternal grandparents were Jeremiah O'Connell and Mary Ludington. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Harold, Howard, Raymond, Charlotte, Evelyn and Agnes.  He died from cancer, Brain Tumor, at the age of 67 on January 30th, 1987 at the Northport VA Hospice.  His burial was on February 2nd, 1987 at the Calverton National Cemetery.1 1
