Ma. Evelyn was born in 1948.  Ma. Evelyn's father was Alfredo Sr. BENARES and her mother is Beatriz "Tatis" Lacson CUAYCONG.  Her maternal grandparents were Jose "Pepe" Delfin CUAYCONG and Natividad " Naty" Braga LACSON. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Alfredo Jr. "Boy", Roberto "Bobby", Mario "Mayong", Ma. Carla, Ma Victoria, Ma. Linda and Mary Helen.  She is the oldest of the eight children.
