John ELLIS

John was born on August 28th, 1830 in Eckington, Derbyshire, England. John's father was Mark ELLIS and his mother was Mary WATTS. His paternal grandparents were John ELLIS and Olive STANIFORTH. He had five brothers and four sisters, named William, Arthur, Henry, Thomas, George, Olive, Hannah, Elizabeth and Mary. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 56 on September 19th, 1886 in Fillmore, Minnesota, USA.
