    About Mel, Maurice, Morris, Lynne, Sandra, Sandy and Neal Strauzer... 
    This is the BIG puzzle!  I received the following handwritten message from
    Maurice / Morris / Mel Strauzer (all the same person) of Boynton Beach
    Florida:
    
    Letter from Mel Strauzer 17 September 1999
    
    "My birth certificate is Maurice.  Before my father passed away (Hyman
    was a barber,) he mentioned we (he) had a cousin in Buenos Aires - Pablo
    Struzer. I know very little about the family background.  There was also another barber -  Sidney Strauzer near London?  I turned 70 September 8th.  My daughter is a dentist.
    
    (DoB - 08 September 1929.)
    
    > Who is Hyman?  The Sidney Strauzer (sic) is patently my father.  I
    then wrote to all the Struzers in the Buenos Aires White Pages.  I got a
    reply > from Dr Ricardo Struzer, a music therapist, who told me that Pablo (Feivel) Struzer was his father.  I also corresponded with his niece,
    Marina, daughhter of, I think, Daniel Struzer.  I couldn't get any
    information about forebears from them, and I was particularly
    interested in tracing great-aunt Gittel, whom none of them had heard of.  So,
    Carleton -these questions arise...
    
    Who is Maurice?  Who is Hyman?  Where's the connection with Argentina?  Did Gittel go to Buenos Aires to be with cousins already there?
    Unfortunately Mel died in 2001.  I spoke to his sone, Neal, who owns a shop selling boots near loughkeepsie.  I found Neal difficult to correspond with - he couldn't furnish any information , and wanted to talk about subjects a long way away from my interests ( Are Jews related to the Navaho??? Are we from Mars???etc..)  I'm sure he is "a lovely bloke,"  but I needed a more focused relationship!  Lynne might be his daughter, the dentist.  Sandy is his widow.
