She may have been dead when her son, William J. left Scotland in 1910 for America, giving Fanny Gray as his next of kin in Glasgow on entering NYC as a grocer.
Death Record found in Scotland's People website, she died of cardiac failure, aged 60 on 30th April 1905 at 5:45pm, her son, William James was PAD; she lived in 131 Annfield Street, Glasgow.
