Samuel Burnside Boyd's father was Joseph Keers and his mother was Jane [Knockans] Boyde. His maternal grandparents were David Boyd and ???? ????. He had six brothers and two sisters, named David, Joseph, Andrew, William, John, ????, Mary and Jane.General Notes
Gurpat, via A.com: You have listed on the Boyd Gray tree a Joseph Gibson Keers with father as Joseph and mother as Jane Boyde (Boyd). The siblings you have listed for Joseph does not include Samuel Burnside Boyd Keers altho the other siblings match my family information. I am related to Samuel.
BG: Hi Pat, My info for this family came mainly from Finvoy Presbyterian Church Baptismal Register plus some from the 1901 Census. I may have missed Samuel or perhaps he was not registered. I can however see him now marrying Mary Jane Hall Smith in 1888.
