  Her will is in the Calendar of Wills (Londonderry Probate Office) for 13th February 1862, where she is described as a widow, late of the Vow.  Executor was an Archibald Adams, farmer, Killens, Co Antrim.

  The Will of Mary Coulter late of Vow County Antrim Widow deceased who died 26 December 1859 at same place was proved at Belfast by the oath of Archibald Adams of Killens County Antrim Farmer one of the Executors. Effects under £100.
  
  So, this is a will.  It may be extant in PRONI, or at the LDS, British Film No 930300.  Yes, saw the will at Derry FHC and found Mary had 11 children!
