James Swanson James Sinclair Swanson, 65, of 102 Hope Ave died at his home yesterday. Born in Scotland June 3, 1900, he came to Santa Barbara from White Rock, British Columbia in 1957. He retired in 1963 after working as a motel manager in Los Angeles. He was a member of Joppa Masonic Lodge 112 of White Rock, the Uptown Lions Club here and the club in British Columbia. He leaves his wife Olive May, two daughters, Mrs John Green of Virginia Beach Va and Mrs Kathleen Ogden of Seattle, a brother Swanson of Santa Barbara a sister Mrs Upton of Calgary Alberta and nephews.  11 am. Monday in the Welch Ryce Associates chapel with the Rev. Robert Cameron.
