JOHN "SCOTTY" HAPPELL The funeral for John "Scotty" Happell, a former resident of Louisville, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Embry-Bosse Funeral Home, 2723 Preston Highway. Burial will he in Resthaven Memorial Park. Happell died at 9 p.m. Wednesday in a DeBary, Fla., hospital. A native of Glasgow, Scotland, he moved to DeBary three years ago. Happell was a retired boiler-maker for the Louisville & Nashville Railroad, where he had worked 47 years, He was a member of the Dahlia Society. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Orville Buxie; a son, George Happell, Nashville, Tenn.; two brothers, David Happell, Glasgow, Scotland, and William Happell, DeBary, and four grandchildren. The body will be at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Saturday.
