OBITUARY
Mr. Walter Knox
Mr. Walter Knox has died at his home, 14 Cherryvalley Park, Belfast. He was 76.
A Scotsman, Mr. Knox was appointed managing director of the Ulster Ice and Cold Stores Ltd., on the establishment of the firm in 1913, holding that position until his retirement in 1939. Prior to that he was for 21 years manager of the Belfast Pure Ice Co., Great Victoria Street.
He was a member of the Belfast Chamber of Trade, Knock Bowling Club, Belfast St. Andrew's Sociery, and was a P.M- of Masonic Lodge 88.
He is survived by his wife.
