Mary Jane Steen

Mary was born on June 4th, 1832 in Dromore townland and her baptism took place on June 12th, 1832 in Raphoe parish.^1 2

Mary's father was Joseph Steen and her mother was Jane Devenny. She had three brothers and a sister, named John, Matthew, Joseph and Rachel.  She was the second oldest of the five children.  She died due to a medical problem, incomplete intestinal obstruction, 1 month, at the age of 68 on November 17th, 1900 in Ballylennan.¹
