Joseph Steen

Joseph was born on September 2nd, 1836 in Dromore townland and his baptism took place on August 8th, 1836 in Raphoe parish.¹   Joseph's father was Matthew Josiah Steen and his mother was Marjory Devinney. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Matthew, James, Rebecca, Margaret, Margaret and Mary.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
