Claret Kerr Simpson

Claret was born in 1876 in Catrine.¹ Claret's father was Hugh Simpson and her mother was Helen McMurran Pitt. Her maternal grandparents were John Pitt and Helen McMurren. She had two sisters named Helen and Elizabeth. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 15 in 1891 in Sorn.
